Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to Total Wealth Tracker and the related cloud API. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.

1. Purpose

The application is for personal investment tracking and journaling only. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or payment service.

We may use analytics services (for example, Google Analytics for Firebase) to measure usage and improve performance and reliability. Analytics is optional and you can disable it in the app settings.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms when registering.

3. Cloud service

Cloud sync stores your data on our servers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (e.g. export in Settings).

4. Portfolio partners

You may invite another user by email or accept an invite. Shared access is voluntary. We are not responsible for disputes between users or for data you choose to share with a partner.

5. User content

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data solely to operate the service.

“Discover” or similar sections may link to third-party platforms. We may earn referral fees. Third parties operate under their own terms. See Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, indirect damages, data loss beyond reasonable backup efforts, or third-party services. Use is at your own risk.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

11. Application updates

We may require you to install updated versions of the application in order to continue using certain features or the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance.
